1. When transporting the testing machine, use the hook to hang both ends of the wire rope into the two lifting rings of the upper beam, and start the crane to lift slowly.
2. Be sure to use a crane or forklift when handling vertically, and carry it out in a packaged or bundled state. When using a forklift to carry it vertically, it must be lifted together with the chassis, and it is strictly forbidden to lift the lower beam to avoid bending the lead screw. When moving horizontally, lay Ф50mm steel pipe under the packing box and move it by manpower or trailer.
3. Remove the fixed bending plate between the two lead screws and the column, turn on the power supply, and jog the lower beam up switch. When it is confirmed that the lower beam is rising, remove the dunnage between the lower beam and the workbench. If the switch indication is opposite to the action, it is necessary to reverse the power supply.
4. The testing machine is transported to the user. If it is not unpacked for a while, it must be kept properly, and it must not be exposed to the sun and rain to avoid damage to the equipment and affect the use.
