Installation Guide for American Standard Notch Hydraulic Broaching Machine for Impact Specimen

The American standard notch hydraulic broaching machine for testing impact specimens is a hydraulically driven double-knife structure, which can process the notches of two specimens at the same time. Notch accuracy meets the requirements of American Standard ASTM E23, EN 10045, ISO 148, ISO 83 and other relevant international standards, and also meets GB 2106 "Metal Charpy (V-notch) Impact Test Method" and GB/T 229 "Metal Charpy Notched impact test method.

Installation Guide for American Standard Notch Hydraulic Broaching Machine for Impact Specimen
1. The broaching machine can be installed without foundation.
2. After opening the box, check whether there is any collision damage during transportation, especially the upper cover and the box, whether there is relative displacement between the left and right clamp seats and the upper cover (yYou can check whether the paint at the joint between them is peeled off due to mutual displacement).
3. After installation, open the upper and lower side covers, clean up the debris inside and outside the machine, and check if there is any damage.
4. Inject 46# hydraulic oil into the lower box. The amount of oil should cover 100mm on the oil filter. If the ambient temperature is low, you can choose a lower grade of hydraulic oil.
5. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light is on. Turn on the oil pump switch, if the oil pump is out of oil, the power connection is correct; otherwise, it needs to be reversed.
