The specific operation mode of DZ-6 type end quenching testing machine

The DZ-6 type end quenching tester is developed and manufactured by Jinan Liangong, which is mainly used for the end face quenching test of materials in the laboratory. The test bench is beautiful and generous in appearance. The whole rack is made of stainless steel plates by bending and welding. The water tank is separately welded and placed in the rack. The automatic circulation is completed by a subwoofer shielded circulating pump. The water utilization rate is high. No waste.

 
How to use
   1. Connect the inlet and outlet pipes, add clean tap water, and stop adding water when the water level reaches the outlet.
   2. Turn on the power and the temperature control meter displays the temperature in the tank.
   3. Turn on the switch of the circulating pump to make the cooling water in the working state of automatic circulation.
   4. Open the front door of the test bench, adjust the opening of the water valve, and adjust the spray height of each nozzle to the set value. The spray height can be measured with a steel ruler. According to needs, any one to six stations of the six nozzles can be used.
    5. Turn on the timer switch of the required station and adjust the required end quenching time (1S~99M59S).
    6. Place the heated sample in the sample holder, the photoelectric switch will detect that the sample is delayed and wait for the sample to stabilize (0~1s adjustable), and the water will start to spray, and the timer will start timing.When the set time is reached, the water spray will be stopped, and an alarm will start (press the timer "RST" key to restart the timing and stop the alarm), and the test is complete.
   7. There is a manual switch, turn on the manual switch, the station starts to spray water, the timer starts timing, and stops spraying water when the set time is reached.
   8. After the test, please turn off the timer switch of each station, turn off the circulating pump switch, and turn off the power of the whole machine.
