JL-3000 drop weight impact test machine

The JL-3000 drop weight impact test machine is a test machine developed and manufactured to meet GB6803-2008 "Ferritic steel without plastic transition temperature drop weight test method", ASTM E208 "Standard Test Method for Conducting Drop-Weight Test to Determine" Nil-Ductility Transition Temperature of Ferritic Steels "and other standard drop-weight impact testing machines. It is mainly used to determine the non-plastic transition temperature of ferritic steels (including plates, profiles, cast steels and forged steels). The non-plastic transition temperature refers to the highest temperature at which a standard specimen breaks when tested according to relevant standards. It characterizes the maximum temperature at which a steel with small cracks undergoes brittle fracture under a dynamically loaded yield stress. The test method is to lift the hammer body of a certain mass to a certain height, and then release it from rest. The hammer body falls freely and hits the surface of the sample, thereby dynamically loading the sample.

The main technical parameters of the drop hammer impact test machine:
1. Maximum impact energy: 3000J
2. Minimum impact energy: 280J
3. Maximum impact height: 2500mm
4. Mass of hammer body: 120kg (optional input), basic weight: 50 kg
5. Quality error: ± 0.3%
6. Hammer speed: about 9.6m / min
7. Lifting height error: ≤ ± 1%
8. Height measurement resolution: 0.1mm
9. Deviation of hammer blade center, sample center and support center: ± 1mm
