1. Connect to 380V, 50Hz three-phase four-wire system power supply;
2. Insert the plug of the manual control box into the socket, place the sample on the jaw base and align it;
3. Turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, and the servo motor of the signal device should rotate counterclockwise (from the working position);
4. Turn the switch on the manual control box to the "on" position, and then click the "swing" button, the main motor rotates (if the pendulum is found to rotate counterclockwise, the power should be turned off and the phase sequence of the power supply should be changed). After adjusting the power supply, press the "take pendulum" button, the main motor rotates, the electromagnetic clutch is combined, and the power is transmitted to the pendulum shaft to raise the pendulum. When the hook hits the pressure and crosses the suspension and swing mechanism, the damper lever is pressed, and the limit switch is in a relaxed state, At this time, the main motor is stopped, the electromagnetic clutch is disengaged, and the pendulum is hung on the hanging and swinging mechanism by its own weight; when the "impact" button is pressed, the valve electromagnet is energized, and the swinging mechanism is driven to swing and The hammer is free to fall and swing → automatic swing → hanging swing; when the swing is needed, press and hold the "swing" button, the valve electromagnet power on, the hooking mechanism is pushed down, the electromagnetic clutch is combined, the main motor rotate, the pendulum rotates clockwise.
