1.Machine application
The large diameter steel pipe bending test machine is a special equipment for the technical bending test of steel pipes. The main technical parameters meet the requirements of the latest national standard GB/T 232-2010 "Metal Material Bending Test Method", Article 7.3 on the test speed of (1 ± 0.2) mm / s, and real-time digital display of the corresponding bending angle. It is convenient for users to complete various bending angle tests. It meets test requirements of GB/T 244-2008 "Metal pipe bending test method", GB∕T 3091-2001 "Low-pressure fluid transport welding steel pipe", GB/T 8162-2008 "Structural seamless steel pipe", GB/T 13793-2008 "straight seam welded steel pipe".
The steel pipe bending tester has a three-point bending form with stable structure, simple operation and convenient to change mandrels. The bending angle is intuitive, easy to maintain, stable, safe and low noise.
The bending span is adjusted by a low-speed motor and a two-way screw. It has a span gauge and is easy to operate, convenient and reliable.
